We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage advertising campaigns for consumer and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. This role will own an assigned portfolio of client accounts, handling campaign execution, optimization, performance reporting, and client communication across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day media buying, campaign optimization, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts, including both growth-focused and ongoing maintenance campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement changes to improve results.
- Develop creative testing strategies and identify opportunities to scale campaigns.
- Present performance updates and recommendations during client calls.
- Coordinate with account managers and creative teams on campaign strategy.
- Cross-train with other paid media team members to maintain client account coverage. Requirements




- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Previous experience working at a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing paid media for consumer, e-commerce, or DTC brands.
- Proven experience with media buying, budget management, optimization, and reporting.
- Client-facing experience presenting campaign results and recommendations. Preferred Experience
- Meta Events Manager, pixel implementation, and Conversions API.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Tag managers, server-side tracking, and API-based conversion tracking.
- Basic HTML/CSS and experience with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow. Perks
