(Royal Pizza) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service standards and ensure efficient business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits; evaluating daily operations; monitoring staff performance; planning and organizing daily operations; recruiting, scheduling, supervising and training staff; balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; conducting performance reviews; costing products and services; organizing and maintaining inventory; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities; leading and instructing individuals; addressing customers’ complaints or concerns; and providing excellent customer service. Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years Languages: English
