Job Summary As a Tow Truck Operator, you’ll respond to vehicle recovery and roadside assistance needs, operate towing equipment safely, and provide clear, courteous service. Your work helps customers get moving again and gives colleagues accurate updates to coordinate support. Responsibilities
- Assess vehicles and roadside situations, then select suitable towing or recovery methods.
- Operate tow trucks and related equipment to load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles.
- Communicate with customers about the service process and handle vehicles with care.
- Keep clear records of service activity and report equipment or vehicle concerns to colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure equipment is properly maintained. Requirements Required:
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Practical mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.




- Ability to operate equipment safely.
- Transparent customer service communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate service records. Preferred (but not required):
- Air brake endorsement.
- Commercial driving experience.
- Previous towing or roadside assistance experience. Training Provided Previous towing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training will be provided to help develop the skills needed to succeed in this role. Work
