HD Graphics Inc. is looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Support Technician to assist various departments throughout our production facility. This is a versatile position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and taking on different tasks throughout the workday. Rather than being assigned to one specific department, the successful candidate will provide support wherever it is needed to help keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities may include assisting with screen printing, preparing and cleaning printing screens, textile and graphic printing, finishing, sheeting, and other general production duties. Previous printing or manufacturing experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A positive attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are more important than having experience in every area.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with screen printing operations and general production tasks.
- Prepare photo screens and assist with screen cleaning and reclamation.
- Assist with textile printing and graphic printing operations.
- Help with finishing tasks, including trimming, preparing, and inspecting finished products.
- Assist with sheeting and other material preparation duties.
- Provide additional support to different departments during busy periods or when extra help is required.
- Help prepare materials and products for production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production instructions.

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production workplace.
- Able to switch between different tasks and departments as priorities change.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing general production duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required.
- Previous experience in screen printing, digital printing, manufacturing, or finishing is an asset but not required. Transportation: Reliable transportation is required, as public transportation is not available for the commute. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
