Store Manager – Mile High Poutine Blue Mountain Village, Ontario | Full-Time We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Store Manager to take ownership of Mile High Poutine, a busy, walk-up food concept located in Blue Mountain Village. This is not a traditional restaurant management position. Mile High Poutine operates from a small, fast-paced, walk-up kitchen where customers order directly from the service window. The environment is key to understand: Our kitchen is exposed to outdoor temperatures, meaning it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in these conditions year-round. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing daily operations and leading by example.
- Hiring, training, scheduling and developing a small team.
- Managing food inventory, ordering, stock levels and waste.
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Managing labour costs and ensuring efficient staffing.
- Keeping service fast, organized and friendly during busy periods.
- Taking ownership of opening, closing and overall store performance.
- Identifying problems and implementing solutions without constant supervision. Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a quick-service restaurant, takeout operation or high-volume food business.




- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and working alongside their team.
- Organized, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Able to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Comfortable working in a compact kitchen with changing seasonal temperatures.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including late nights.
- Someone who takes initiative, holds their team accountable and doesn't need to be reminded to get things done. What You Should Know Mile High Poutine operates in a busy, seasonal resort environment. Some days are steady, while weekends, holidays and peak tourism periods can be extremely busy. This is an active, working management position. You'll be involved in daily service while also being responsible for the people, inventory and overall performance of the business. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys this type of environment and wants to take pride in running a successful little operation. If you're a practical, hardworking leader who likes to stay busy, solve problems and take ownership, we'd love to hear from you. Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
