KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Fund Accounting Excellence: Execute general fund accounting operations according to local, international, and industry-specific accounting standards.
- Reporting & Delivery: Prepare and ensure timely delivery of management, statutory, and regulatory financial reporting.
- Strategic Client Support: Provide high-quality financial information and reporting insights to support strategic client decision-making.
- Operational Planning: Assist in organizing and directing team workflows to consistently meet strict client SLAs and agreed delivery deadlines.




- Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Lead supporting activities for internal and external audits; directly liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Leadership & Coaching: Mentor, train, and foster team development, maintaining a collaborative and high-performing working environment.
- Process Optimization: Participate in internal efficiency initiatives focused on automation, process harmonization, and operational leaning. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of traditional asset accounting and financial statement reporting.
- Good understanding of GAAP requirements and applicable accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with fund structures, consolidations, and financial reporting.
- Solid knowledge of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Audit & Operational Background: Proven experience supporting both internal and external audits.
- Core Competencies: Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills (fluent in written and spoken English).
- Work Style: Ability to work independently, demonstrate high self-direction, and consistently meet tight deadlines. ⚡
