Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This position is essential for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. The Custodian will be responsible for performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and facility upkeep. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, washroom ,boardroom and common spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist with setting up and taking down furniture for events or meetings as needed.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning hazardous materials or spills.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary. Requirements




- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus.
