The Chef contributes to a smooth, consistent dining experience through careful preparation, secure food handling, and clear communication. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook English breakfast dishes to consistent quality, following food safety and hygiene practices.
- Coordinate kitchen workflow, guide team members during service, and support effective supervision and team management.
- Work with front-of-house colleagues to keep orders moving and provide attentive food service; assist with serving or bartending duties as needed.
- Maintain clean work areas, handle food responsibly, and support day-to-day restaurant operations.
