Job Overview We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiatic team members to join our Gotcha bubble tea The ideal candidate enjoys working with guess, has a positive attitude, and can work well in a fast-paced team environment. No previous bubble tea experance is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is punctual, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn. Duties
- Greet guess, answer menu questions, take orders, and provide attentive guess service.
- Prepare bubble tea and other items according to recipes and food safety practices; maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Use POS systems to process orders and payments, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math when needed.
- Coordinate tasks and manage time during busy periods to keep service moving smoothly.

Accurate, timely orders help customers enjoy their visit and support smooth teamwork. Requirements Required: Clear communication, guess service, time management, basic math, accurate POS and cash handling, and safe food preparation and handling are practical capabilities for this role. Preferred: Barista experience, food industry, food service, serving, or cashiering experience is helpful, as is familiarity with Micros POS and food safety practices. Pay: $17.95-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
