Aramark Sports + Entertainment is hiring a Hospitality Attendant to support guest needs and venue operations. You will greet guests, resolve or escalate concerns, and provide customer service. The position also includes reservations, registration, phone calls, emails, and transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and anticipate their customer service needs
- Book reservations and coordinate guest registration
- Process cash and credit card transactions using registers
- Answer phone calls and emails, delivering messages
- Maintain positive service toward guests, clients, and coworkers
Requirements:
- Previous guest services experience is preferred
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
