Overview Agricultural workers support day-to-day farm operations through crop care, irrigation, equipment use, and general upkeep. The role combines practical outdoor work with attention to safety, changing conditions, and the needs of the operation. Duties
- Assist with horticulture tasks, including planting, tending, and harvesting crops, and help maintain irrigation systems.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment as assigned; use hand tools and power tools safely for routine work.
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas, and handle materials that require heavy lifting.

Practical ability to use hand tools and power tools safely, perform maintenance, follow irrigation and horticulture tasks, and handle heavy lifting; basic math supports measurements and records. Mechanical knowledge and secure operation of farm machinery and heavy equipment are valuable for completing assigned work effectively. Preferred: Related agricultural or farm experience, familiarity with machinery and irrigation systems, and confidence adapting to changing outdoor conditions can help you contribute smoothly and support the team’s daily priorities.
