Job Summary The Construction Project Coordinator supports project teams by organizing information, tracking schedules, and coordinating day-to-day project activities. This role helps keep plans, documentation, and communication aligned so colleagues can make informed decisions and work progresses smoothly. Duties
- Coordinate project schedules, meeting notes, action items, and updates across project stakeholders.
- Organize drawings, schematics, submittals, and project records, keeping current information accessible to the team.
- Work with project team and field staff, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure projects progress on time.
- Assist with tracking project costs and progress.
- Use project management and construction management software to monitor tasks, milestones, and document revisions.
- Assist with project safety, ordering of materials, and various other project related tasks.

time management, and communication skills, with the ability to organize records, track deadlines, and interpret blueprints or schematics. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with construction estimating and management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, , Civil 3D, or HeavyBid; experience with several tools can support effective coordination across project teams. Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
