Support Insurance Office of America’s Private Client Group with customer communications, carrier coordination, and accurate personal lines policy administration. Work fully remotely while supporting an 8-5 PST schedule.
This Account Associate assists the account management team with clients’ personal insurance needs. Responsibilities include policy servicing, underwriting support, correspondence management, proofs of insurance, and claims assistance. The position requires organized execution, strong communication, and careful attention to detail while helping deliver timely client service.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver qualified service and pursue first-call resolution
Communicate with carriers and clients about underwriting requirements
Update client records through timely correspondence management




Collaborate with Account Managers on books of business
Maintain communication with supervisors and implement coaching feedback
Requirements: Active property and casualty license
Two or more years of personal lines experience
California personal lines market experience strongly preferred
Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision-making skills
High accuracy when handling large work volumes
Bring disciplined policy administration, carrier communication, and client service expertise to Insurance Office of America’s Private Client Group.
