As a senior Human Resources team member, you will provide practical guidance across employee relations, performance management, attendance, disability management, and workplace accommodations. You will independently manage sensitive matters while applying Manitoba employment legislation, HR policies, and established practices. The role also supports organizational programs and evidence-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on employee relations and people-related matters
Manage investigations, performance concerns, complaints, and terminations
Assess risk and maintain appropriate documentation




Interpret employment legislation and recommend practical solutions
Use HR data to support balanced decision-making
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
Minimum five years of progressive human resources experience
Complex employee relations and disability management experience
Knowledge of Manitoba employment legislation and human rights obligations
Robust consultation, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills
Apply employee relations expertise, sound judgment, and HR knowledge while advising Cambrian Credit Union leaders and employees.
