Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in primary care settings
Perform assessments, vital signs, treatments, and nursing procedures
Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with examinations
Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and Telehealth appointments
Maintain documentation and protect patient confidentiality
Requirements: Complete a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
Complete Medication Administration and relevant continuing education
Have two years of interdisciplinary model experience
Be eligible for Northwest Territories and Nunavut registration
Provide a satisfactory vulnerable sector check
