As Cascades’ Bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment operations, hiring priorities, and service levels. You will coach Talent Acquisition Advisors and Coordinators, support strategic mandates, and partner with leadership across regions. The role combines stakeholder management, reporting, process improvement, and talent attraction strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily recruitment operations across English-speaking Canadian provinces
Balance requisition workloads, priorities, timelines, and service levels
Coach and develop five Talent Acquisition Advisors and Coordinators




Manage escalations and strategic recruitment mandates
Partner on employer branding and talent attraction strategies
Requirements: Experience leading or coaching recruitment professionals
Solid full-cycle recruitment process knowledge
Fluency in French and English is mandatory
Experience with ATS platforms and reporting tools
