Key Responsibilities: Advise corporations and financial institutions across industry matters
Support public takeovers and private M&A; transactions
Handle joint ventures, disposals, and corporate advisory matters
Advise issuers, underwriters, placement agents,



and selling shareholders
Coordinate transactions across key business and financial markets
Requirements: Three to six years of similar experience
Solid organizational abilities and initiative
Commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills
