This senior finance role partners with business leaders and the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. You will manage monthly analysis, annual budgets, forecasts, revenue reporting, and commission calculations. Your work connects operational drivers with clear recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Review monthly results and explain material revenue and expense variances
Prepare budgets, forecasts, models, and performance commentary
Calculate commissions and variable compensation accurately and timely
Translate complex analysis into management presentations and recommendations




Strengthen reporting processes, documentation, and financial controls
Requirements: Five or more years of progressive Finance or FP&A; experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
Advanced Excel, modeling, large datasets, and solid PowerPoint skills
Strong business judgment, communication, and analytical expertise
CPA designation or active progress preferred; CFA or MBA considered an asset
