Apply bilingual HR expertise across Stella-Jones manufacturing operations in Eastern Canada through a hybrid, multi-site Human Resources Manager position.
This experienced individual contributor partners with plant leadership and operational client groups. The work spans employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and process improvement. You will share regional oversight for more than 500 employees across seven unionized and non-unionized facilities and offices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition for assigned operational and administrative client groups
Partner with managers on employee relations issues and investigations
Maintain compliant policies, procedures, reporting, and employee records




Provide monthly HR reporting and statistics
Improve HR processes and training programs across operations
Requirements: Qualified bilingual proficiency in English and French
Six plus years of Human Resources experience
Human Resources experience in unionized environments
Manufacturing experience and multi-site experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or related HR certification preferred
Bring bilingual communication, labor relations, and operational HR expertise to Stella-Jones facilities across Eastern Canada.
