As Finance Systems Administrator, you will distinguish technical and setup problems from accounting matters requiring Finance judgment. The role administers Sage Intacct and Ramp, supports Planful connections, and coordinates solutions with internal teams, vendors, and business users. It also contributes to deployments, testing, training, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate Sage Intacct configuration and transaction difficulties
Identify accounting matters and escalate them appropriately
Monitor integrations and coordinate external provider resolution
Support Ramp deployments through planning, testing, and launch




Develop Ramp-to-Sage guidance and train nominated users
Requirements: Finance platform administration, support, or configuration experience
Experience troubleshooting transaction, interface, and data-flow issues
Understanding of finance processes and accounting escalation boundaries
Explicit communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage competing requests, dependencies, and escalations
Bring practical Sage Intacct, Ramp, troubleshooting, and user-training experience to finance technology support in Halifax.
