As Marketing Operations Manager, you will administer Pardot and Salesforce while improving integrations, workflows, and reporting. You will support segmentation, enrichment, attribution, and dashboards across the funnel. The role requires precision for marketing prospects in a regulated industry and strong stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
Maintain data flow, routing, syncs, and reporting accuracy
Build enrichment workflows, segmentation rules, and lead routing
Coordinate campaign lists, programs, quality assurance,



and communications calendars
Implement AI automations and monitor campaign performance
Requirements: Six-plus years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations
Hands-on Pardot and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Experience managing configuration, integrations, and data hygiene
Robust analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on AI and automation tools experience
