This position offers hands-on exposure to insurance and personal injury law within Crash Lawyers’ Calgary practice. The associate assists staff lawyers with files, interviews, disclosure, and research. Strong communication, sound advice, and adaptability are central to the described work.
Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance on client files to professional standards
Assist during client, lawyer, and adjuster interviews
Review disclosure and complete legal research
Observe practice-area processes and office procedures
Speak to permissible docket matters
Requirements: Canadian common law Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree
Eligibility to commence as an associate
Legal research, writing, drafting, and analysis skills
Solid computer literacy and technology comfort
Ability to handle high-pressure, high-conflict situations
Bring insurance law interest, legal analysis, and effective communication to associate work supporting Crash Lawyers client files.
