This AZ/DZ Industrial Driver position focuses on transporting products safely while meeting applicable transportation and occupational health requirements. Responsibilities include maneuvering trucks, checking mechanical and emergency equipment, securing loads, and completing government documents. The role also includes customer communication, vehicle reporting, and cleanup.
Key Responsibilities: Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions
Check vehicles, equipment, and load security before delivery
Follow hours-of-service, weights, dimensions, and customs requirements
Report defects, accidents, violations, and delivery problems
Clean debris caused by loading and unloading
Requirements: Valid AZ or DZ license
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Manual dexterity and ability to lift 75+ pounds
Professional, mature demeanor under stressful situations
Willingness to train others when required
Use safe equipment operation, regulatory knowledge, and transparent communication to deliver liquids division products for GFL customers.
