Support insurance clients through renewals, inquiries, and policy changes as a BrokerLink Personal Insurance Advisor. Flexible work arrangements are available.
This client service-focused position serves ongoing needs while advising customers on insurance matters. You will conduct care calls, recommend solutions, process renewals, and answer inquiries. You will also quote new business, prepare insurer documentation, and participate in training and community marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Answer client inquiries and conduct needs assessments
Conduct care calls and process policy renewals
Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-ins
Process policy changes, applications, and insurance certificates
Participate in training and community marketing initiatives
Requirements: Previous customer experience is a must
Strong customer focus and qualified service approach
Minimum one year Personal Insurance experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Use customer service, insurance knowledge, and communication skills to support BrokerLink clients throughout their policy needs.
