This Block Machine Operator position supports a manufacturer of dry-cast concrete and masonry products used across Ontario. You will adjust, maintain, repair, and operate industrial production equipment. The work includes batching and control systems, mold changeovers, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement. Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective equipment maintenance
Adjust, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery
Complete mold and mould changeovers




Load materials and monitor production quality
Follow inspections, LOTO, and safety requirements
Requirements: Experience maintaining or operating industrial machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to use imperial and metric measurements
Knowledge of tools, fasteners, and maintenance equipment
Comfort working in loud, dusty industrial environments
Apply mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment operation skills while producing dry-cast concrete products in Markham.
