As our distribution network and operational scale continue to expand, we are actively modernizing our backend logistics. We believe a high-performing warehouse is the backbone of our business—driven by process optimization, smart workforce scheduling, and strong operational leadership. We are looking for an Operations & Warehouse Manager who brings strong leadership, clear planning, and a process-improvement mindset to our logistics team. Key Responsibilities
) 1. Smart Scheduling & Team Leadership
- Plan & Schedule Work: Build smart shift schedules based on order volume. Avoid understaffing during peak times and prevent waste during slow periods.
- Lead, Don't Just Direct: Manage, motivate, and train the warehouse staff. Set clear daily goals and build a solid team culture.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and purchasing to keep everyone on the same page and stop communication breakdowns. 2. Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Fix the Bottlenecks: Look at our current workflow (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) and figure out what’s slowing us down—then fix it.
- Smarter Layout & Storage:



Organize the warehouse and SKU placement to cut down unnecessary walking time for pickers.
- Standardize Operations: Create clear, streamlined SOPs so everyone follows the same efficient method. 3. Data & Inventory Accuracy
- Track key metrics: Monitor daily performance (order fill rate, picking accuracy, processing time per order).
- Keep Inventory Accurate: Run regular cycle counts to ensure zero discrepancy between the system and physical stock. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience (must have managed a team of 5+ people).
- Management Mindset: You think about *how to make the process better*, rather than just relying on muscle memory or doing everything yourself.
- Smart Scheduling

Skills:
Proven ability to adjust shift plans dynamically based on business highs and lows.
- System & Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WMS/ERP systems and Excel to look at data and solve problems.
- Great Communication: Clear, direct, and proactive when solving issues with other departments.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. Preferred But Not Essential For This Role
- Background in both manual and automated warehouse environments
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
