We're currently hiring for Wireless Retail Store Manager (FT) to join our team in Scarborough. Prior experience in Wireless is appreciated.

Responsibilities:

· Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Maintain store staff by orienting and training employees
- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales




- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services

Experience:

- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Wireless Experience shall be an asset

Salary:
$45,000 per annum (Inclusive).
* *The annual earnings figure of $45,000 includes hourly pay together with commissions, incentives, and other performance-based earnings, where applicable. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and achievement of applicable targets.
* Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
