Who We Are Cardinal Interiors is a Calgary drywall and finishing contractor working on residential, custom home and commercial projects. Our work is built on four core values, and they decide who we hire:

What You'll Do

- Tape and finish Levels 1–5 to industry standard
- Apply fire taping on rated assemblies to UL specification
- Use setting-type and lightweight compounds where each belongs
- Sand between coats and check your work under raking light
- Inspect your own work and flag issues before the next trade arrives What You Need
- 3–5 years of drywall taping experience
- Proven Level 5 finishing experience
- Fire-taping experience on rated assemblies
- Own basic taping kit (we supply the big tools, mixers, lifts, scaffolding, etc)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable on stilts and scaffolding What We Think Would Be Cool
- Experience with drywall hanging, insulation or ceiling textures to lend a hand when needed
- Leadership experience, such as running a crew, working as a lead hand or training apprentices

- $27–$35/hour, depending on experience
