Stop N Go Traffic Control Inc. is growing We are hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) and Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs) to join our team. We provide traffic management services for construction, utilities, municipalities, film productions, and infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland. Our priority is keeping workers, pedestrians, and traffic moving safely and efficiently. Positions & Pay
- Traffic Control Person (TCP): $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
- Lane Closure Technician (LCT): $25–$34 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements:
- Valid TCP certification.
- Minimum six months of TCP experience.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Clear communication with crews, drivers, and equipment operators.
- Own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Safely direct vehicle, pedestrian, and construction traffic.
- Maintain safe work zones.
- Communicate with LCTs, equipment operators, and site supervisors.
- Follow the site’s traffic control procedures and safety requirements. Lane Closure Technician (LCT)

Requirements:
- Valid LCT and TCP certifications.
- Minimum three years of LCT experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and a current driver’s abstract.
- Ability to lead crews and take charge of traffic control operations on site.
- Experience completing Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs).
- Ability to interpret Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and prepare on-site traffic control drawings.





Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and remove signs, cones, and lane closure equipment according to the TMP.
- Coordinate the safe movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and machinery.
- Complete FLHAs and communicate site hazards to the crew.
- Operate company vehicles safely.
- Supervise and support TCPs, including training new workers on site.
- Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and crew members.
