THE TEN SPOT® Guelph is looking for a part-time Seasonal Guest Experience & Social Media Coordinator to help support our front desk team through the busy holiday season This is a seasonal, part-time position with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Scheduling will be based on business needs, so flexibility with availability is important. If the successful candidate excels in the role, there may be opportunity to turn into a seasonal role into a permanent role. An important consideration is holiday availability: December through the first week of January is one of our busiest times of the year, and we have a vacation blackout during this period. While we are closed on statutory holidays and operate reduced hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we do require consistent availability throughout the holiday season. As the conductor of our beauty bar, you'll create an exceptional guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors until they leave feeling like a ten. You'll also help bring our brand to life online by capturing in-store content and keeping our social media channels fresh and engaging. Compensation & Perks

What You'll Do
Guest Experience Coordinator
- Enthusiastically greet and welcome every guest
- Book appointments and keep schedules organized and optimized
- Check guests in and out, process payments and encourage rebooking
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our beauty bar
- Help create an exceptional guest experience from beginning to end Social Media Coordination
- Capture engaging in-store photo and video content featuring our team, services, nail art and guest results (with consent)




- Create and schedule 2-3 Instagram posts per week
- Share HQ-created content to Instagram Stories on a daily or near-daily basis
- Use professionally created content from THE TEN SPOT® Head Office alongside original local content
- Keep our Instagram (and occasional Facebook/TikTok content) active, polished and on-brand
- Work with the team to highlight promotions, new services and special events Who You Are

- Experience in hospitality, retail, reception or another customer-focused environment
- Comfortable using computers, booking software and learning new technology
- Smart Serve certified (or willing to obtain certification)—we're licensed Social Media
- Comfortable creating content for Instagram using a smartphone
- Familiar with Instagram Stories, Reels and basic content creation
- A good eye for photography, video and visual presentation
- Able to write engaging captions and notice trends in social media
