Join us in making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M; Registration) required.
- *Previous 2 year minimum of experience.
- Current CPR / First Aid Certification.
- Proficiency in MDS, PCC, wound management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Pay: From $33.83 per hour
