ABOUT THE ROLE
All Seniors Care is a well-established organization dedicated to the well-being of seniors. With a legacy rooted in one of the most respected family names in the retirement residence sector, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager (Lifestyle Director) to guide prospective residents and their families through the sales journey, build relationships within the community, and help create a welcoming and vibrant environment for residents. Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual occupancy goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through move-in.
- Conduct tours and presentations for prospective residents and their families.
- Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Develop personalized sales strategies and prepare residency agreements and related documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with seniors, families, health care professionals, social workers, discharge planners and referral partners.
- Represent the residence at community events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with corporate and local teams to implement marketing initiatives and promote the residence through digital, print and community channels.
- Coordinate open houses, educational seminars and community events.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
- Guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
- Support a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in, including resident onboarding and orientation as needed.
- Address questions and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.




- Maintain sales activity and forecasting reports, and monitor conversion rates, lead sources and occupancy trends.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and develop action plans to address occupancy challenges. Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health Administration, Gerontology, Nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing, retirement living, health care, hospitality or a related sector.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and occupancy goals.
- Experience working with older adults and their families.
- Robust consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
- Understanding of seniors living, retirement residence operations and aging-related services.
