Overview As a Customer Service Associate, you will help customers with product inquiries, purchases, accessories, and general service requests. You will contribute to a welcoming customer experience while supporting daily retail operations. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and respond to questions about products, accessories, and available services.
- Assist customers with purchases, product selections, and general service inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, provide basic information, and direct technical questions to the appropriate team member.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Help organize merchandise and keep the customer service area clean and presentable.
- Communicate politely with customers and help resolve routine concerns.
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with colleagues. Qualifications




- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn point-of-sale systems.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
- Interest in mobile phones, electronics, or retail is an asset.
