UMS Healthcare Agency is hiring experienced Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing healthcare team across the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated PSWs with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities to provide quality care and support to seniors and individuals in need. QUALIFICATIONS
- Accredited PSW Certificate (required)
- Long-Term Care facility experience (required)
- Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Ability to communicate in any of the following languages is an asset:
- Tagalog
- Hindi
- Gujarati
- Punjabi
- Nepali
- Tibetan
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist clients and residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming,



and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow established care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
