S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a Special Credit Sub-Prime Specialist to join our fast-growing Special Credit team. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to break into the automotive industry with a desire to grow and learn sales administration and the special finance side of the operation. Job

Responsibilities:
· First point of contact with special credit customers, taking credit applications and booking appointments. Assisting with the general oversight of the special credit administration ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as initiating and answering calls and correspondence, preparing and processing credit applications, organizing information, and maintaining records. Vehicle licensing, plating, as well as feature explanation will also be a part of the customer delivery experience. We are looking for the following qualities:
· Goal oriented, competitive individuals with a history of achieving retail sales success
· Qualified appearance combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must have strong customer service skills




· Demonstrated aptitude to learn and succeed
· Sound computer skills, telephone skills, as well as digital and social media experience
· Ability to obtain an OMVIC license which is required for the job. S.
