Position Overview Child Psychological Services & Wellness (CPSW) is seeking a Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a compassionate, skilled clinician who is passionate about providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Requirements
- Registered Psychologist (in good standing with College of Alberta Psychologists)*OR

- Registered Clinical Social Worker (in good standing with Alberta College of Social Workers)*OR
*
- Holds current professional liability insurance for Alberta
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Persons Sector Clearance
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing counselling/therapy to children, teens, and adults
- Skilled in providing parent consultation/parent coaching
- Training in CBT, DBT, & play-based therapy Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, as well as family therapy.
- Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Specialized training and experience treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), particularly using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
- Training and experience in trauma-focused therapies, such as EMDR and IFS.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented approach to client care. Availability
- Minimum 10 hours/week (2+ days)..
- Preference will be given to a candidate who is available to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month, with each shift consisting of at least four client-facing hours.

a competitive 60/40 fee split, with 60% of professional service revenue allocated to the clinician. Higher compensation splits may be negotiated based on years of professional experience, specialized clinical skills, advanced training, and areas of expertise. - Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside psychologists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
- Clinic Management Software: Jane App for online scheduling, electronic health records, billing, and secure virtual therapy sessions.
- Modern, Fully Equipped Clinic: A beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated 1,750 sq. ft. professional space located within a small, multidisciplinary medical building. The clinic features two play therapy rooms, four individual/family therapy rooms, and two dedicated assessment rooms, including one with an observation room for training and supervision. All therapy rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with a variety of therapeutic supplies to support clinical practice.
- Dedicated File and Resource Room: A designated space for secure file storage, clinical resources, expressive arts supplies, and office supplies.
- Comfortable Amenities: A welcoming reception area, fully equipped kitchenette,



and accessible in-office washroom, and ample free on-site parking for clinicians and clients.
- Extensive Therapy Resources: Access to therapeutic materials, play therapy toys, and clinical resources to support effective treatment.
