SG Developers is a construction company working on residential / commercial / site development projects across GTHA region. We're growing and looking for a reliable operator to join our crew. Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, backhoes, skid steers, loaders, and compactors for excavation, grading, trenching, and site prep
- Support site servicing work: storm, sanitary, and water installations
- Prepare sub-base and grade for concrete flatwork and foundations
- Load, haul, and place material; maintain site cleanliness
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance, and report defects
- Follow grade stakes, drawings, and supervisor direction
- Work safely in line with OHSA and company H&S; policies Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction equipment operating experience (excavator experience required)
- Experience with site servicing or grading, an asset




- Ability to read grade stakes and basic site plans
- Valid driver's licence (G required; DZ an asset)
- Working at Heights and WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid safety awareness, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions Assets
- Laser/GPS grade control experience
- Experience on concrete or foundation projects
- Basic hand-tool and labour skills
