Immediate Position Southside (must be available Monday to Friday afternoons 1:30-5:30pm) BGC Greater Fredericton (formerly the Fredericton Boys and Girls Club) is looking to hire a dedicated and energetic After-School Program Leader to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children ages 5-12

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise activities in areas such as homework help, arts & crafts, sports & gym games, and more
- Build positive relationships with youth and serve as a role model
- Maintain a safe and respectful program setting
- Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programming

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children ages 5-12 (daycare/recreation/camps etc)
- Knowledgeable on positive child guidance techniques
- Strong communication and leadership/facilitation skills
- Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented




- Must pass all screening requirements (Reference Checks, NB Social Development Check, Clear New Brunswick Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last 12 months) HOURS: Monday to Friday from 2:00pm until 5:30 pm (additional hours available when schools are closed for PD days, Storm Days, Winter Break & March Break TO APPLY: *Send us
