Oakville Pain Clinic is a newly opened, CPSO-accredited Out-of-Hospital Premises (Level 2) offering interventional pain management, including nerve blocks and image-guided injections. We’re part of the same group as The Upper Room Clinic, an integrative medicine clinic in Toronto. The role We’re looking for a highly experienced clinic manager to run day-to-day operations at our Oakville premises. At first, you’ll also help with operational and administrative work for The Upper Room Clinic. As Oakville grows, the role will focus fully on managing Oakville Pain Clinic, and we expect it to grow into a full-time position. What you’ll do
- Manage daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Keep the premises compliant with CPSO OHP standards, including the policy and procedure manual, QA committee meetings and minutes, chart audits, equipment logs, IPAC, and inspection readiness
- Submit and reconcile OHIP billing in Accuro, and manage rejections and resubmissions
- Supervise and support front desk and clinical staff, including staff files, credentialing, and training records
- Coordinate with physicians, the Medical Director, and vendors (IT, cleaning, waste, medical supplies)




- Help with administrative and operational projects for The Upper Room Clinic as needed What you bring
- 10+ years of medical clinic management experience, including managing an OHP Level 1 or 2 premises in Ontario (required)
- Hands-on experience with Accuro EMR (required)
- Experience submitting OHIP billing in an EMR, including OHIP fee codes and reconciliation (required)
- Strong knowledge of CPSO OHP standards, IPAC requirements, and PHIPA
- Strong organization and written communication, and comfort owning a process from start to finish
- Experience with pain management or procedural clinics is an asset
- Experience with private-pay billing is an asset
