Job Overview Front Counter Staff & Kitchen Helper supports smooth restaurant service by assisting customers at the counter and helping prepare and maintain the kitchen. This hands-on role combines friendly service, accurate transactions, food preparation, and attention to food safety and sanitation. Duties
- Welcome customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service while identifying appropriate opportunities for upselling.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS where used, process payments, handle cash, and use basic math to verify transactions.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, follow safe food-handling practices, and keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary.
- Coordinate tasks with kitchen and front-counter colleagues, using time management to support efficient service. Your impact:

Pay: $17.95 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 21.0 per week
