Overview The Junior Accountant supports accurate, timely financial recordkeeping and routine accounting operations. This role helps maintain reliable financial information for day-to-day decisions and smooth collaboration across the organization. Responsibilities
- Record and organize transactions using accounting software, supporting bookkeeping and general accounting activities.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and assist with payroll and budget tracking.
- Perform account and bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and prepare transparent account analyses.
- Support financial reporting, corporate finance activities, and audit preparation by maintaining complete, well-organized records.

Skills Required: Practical accounting, bookkeeping, accounting software, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation skills support accurate transaction processing and dependable financial records. Clear organization and attention to detail help identify discrepancies and complete routine work consistently. Preferred: Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft, along with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, auditing, financial services, corporate finance, account analysis, or budgeting, can support a broader range of accounting tasks.
