Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm -3:00am Advanced Design Solutions is an industry leader in automotive returnable steel containers. These containers are used to ship various car components all over North America to the leading automotive manufacturers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Inspection of completed product using a provided check sheet
· Communicate with team members to resolve issues
· Complete in process inspections to detect issues at the beginning stages of production
· Perform visual checks of weld quality
· Adhere to all safety requirements
· Meet company and industry standards
· Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous welding experience is an asset




- Ability to read and interpret blue prints
- Robust work ethic and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
