Job Overview As a Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them find suitable products, and contribute to an organized, welcoming sales floor. You’ll assist with retail sales of tires, wheels and accessories, explain product features, and help customers make informed choices. Duties
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service in person and by phone.
- Demonstrate products, explain relevant features, and use appropriate upselling to help customers compare options.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle cash, and complete cashiering tasks accurately.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and manage time to support smooth daily store operations. Skills Required: Tires and wheels knowledge preferred, Clear communication, customer service, basic math,



and the ability to use POS systems, handle cash, and stay organized are practical skills for serving customers and processing sales accurately. English proficiency supports clear customer interactions. Preferred: Retail sales, cashiering, technology or technical sales experience, and product demonstration skills are valuable; bilingual or multilingual abilities, phone etiquette, and solid time management can further support the team.
