About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Support Workers / Home Support Workers to join our casual roster. You will provide one-on-one care to our clients in their homes, with the direct support of a Nurse Practitioner who oversees every client’s care plan. What You Will Do
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support with mobility, transfers, and light exercises
- Prepare meals and support with feeding where needed
- Light housekeeping within the client’s living area (tidying, dishes, laundry)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands when scheduled
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the Nurse Practitioner
- Maintain accurate documentation of each shift
- Respect client confidentiality and dignity at all times Required Qualifications
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence (full, not learner or probationary)
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle in good working condition
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (Standard or above)




- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (within the last six months)
- Clear Manitoba Adult Abuse Registry Check (within the last six months)
- Vehicle insurance with all purpose use classification on your Autopac (or willingness to update your policy prior to your first transportation shift)
- Minimum one year of experience providing personal care, home support, or similar
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Legally eligible to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training as a Health Care Aide, PSW, LPN student, or equivalent
- Experience caring for clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, or other complex chronic conditions
- Additional languages are an asset
- Comfortable with digital documentation
