Overview TEQUILA BEAUTY is a premium, professional, and welcoming beauty salon seeking a skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our growing team at both locations. We are looking for a confident professional who delivers high-quality lash extensions, maintains excellent retention, and provides clients with beautiful, long-lasting results. Requirements
- Certified Lash Technician — Classic and Volume techniques are required
- Previous professional experience is required — no beginners
- Strong knowledge of lash mapping, isolation, and application techniques
- Ability to achieve clean, high-quality results with excellent retention
- Professional, reliable, and friendly attitude
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene
- Ability to maintain professional standards with clients and team members Additional Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Threading — eyebrows and facial areas
- Tinting — eyebrows and eyelashes
- Waxing — facial areas Responsibilities
- Perform professional lash extension services with high-quality results and excellent retention
- Create customized lash looks based on clients' preferences
- Provide a welcoming, professional, and luxury client experience
- Maintain proper hygiene and a clean, organized workstation
