· On-target earnings $60,000 Why this job exists We sell over 10,000 cleaning products to businesses across Ontario, and we’re expanding our sales team. This role is for someone who wants to grow accounts and open new ones, not process orders. What you’ll do
- Grow revenue from existing customers and bring in new business through phone-first outbound, backed by email, LinkedIn and other tools.
- Run the sales conversation yourself: qualify the need, recommend the right products, quote, and close. You’ll have room to negotiate within set guardrails.
- Keep the CRM accurate so the rest of the company can see what’s coming.
- Work with marketing on campaigns and lead handoffs, and with our warehouse and service team so orders land as promised. You will report to the head of Customer Service, who'll be on live calls with you every week, not just reading your dashboard. The money and the path
- Base: $40,000.
- Commission on new accounts and on growth from existing customers. Paid monthly, no cap.
- Ramp guarantee: $500 a month in commission for your first three months while you train and build pipeline.
- On-target earnings: $60,000, with no ceiling above that.

You’ll do well here if
- You have 1–3 years in inside sales, business development or another phone-heavy B2B role, and you’ve carried a number.
- You’re clear and confident in English on the phone and in writing.
- You’d rather make the 40th call than stare at the 39th rejection.
