About the role
We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to take ownership of our files from retainer to decision. You will keep our deadline tracker current, guide and support our case workers, and make sure every file that reaches the RCIC is complete, accurate and ready to submit. The RCIC provides all immigration advice and signs every submission; your role is to make sure the work behind each file is excellent. We are hoping to welcome the right person within the next week or two. What you will do
• Own the status of every active file in one master tracker, and assign and balance work across the case team
• Track critical deadlines (status expiry, PGWP windows, biometrics, medicals, ADR/PFL responses, ITAs) and raise anything at risk early
• Send document checklists, follow up on missing documents, and quality-check each file before RCIC review
• Prepare IRCC applications, including work permits, PGWP, study permits, visitor records and super visas, Express Entry, PNP and spousal sponsorship
• Work in the IRCC portal, Representative portal, PR portal and MPNP Online
• Request GCMS notes and prepare first drafts of letters of explanation and submission letters for RCIC review
• Monitor IRCC correspondence daily and record every request and decision
• Coach and review the work of our case workers,



and keep our program checklists and templates up to date What we are looking for
• 2 to 4 years of experience preparing Canadian immigration files at an RCIC or immigration law firm
• Hands-on experience with work permits/PGWP, study permits, at least one PR stream, and refusal-related work (ADR, PFL or reapplications)
• Confidence working independently in the IRCC, Representative and PR portals
• Strong written English and the ability to draft a clear, well-structured letter
• A proven track record of managing a large caseload without missing deadlines
• Experience training or reviewing the work of others
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada and the ability to pass a police check
• Availability to work in person at our downtown Winnipeg office (330 St. Mary Ave). This role is fully on-site. Nice to have
• An Immigration Consultant diploma or certificate
• Experience with MPNP, other PNPs, or LMIA/Job Bank Please note that this is a case management role rather than a licensed practice role, so it is best suited to someone who wants to build their career in case management.

What we offer
• Salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience
