About the role
A parent has just inquired about a private academy for their child. They’re considering a significant investment in their child’s education and future. Your job is to make that first conversation feel informed, personal and qualified. We’re looking for an articulate, thoughtful Admissions Concierge to support prospective families exploring a premier private academy serving student-athletes and academically driven students. This is a sales-support and appointment-setting role, not a customer service queue or a closing position. You’ll respond quickly to inquiries, understand each family’s needs, qualify fit and connect them with the admissions team.

What you'll do

- Call and text new inquiries promptly, targeting first contact within five minutes during coverage hours.
- Have thoughtful conversations with parents about their child’s age, interests, educational goals and enrollment timeline.
- Learn the academy’s programs and admissions pathways so you can answer approved questions accurately and route families appropriately.
- Recognize strong-fit inquiries and buying signals without making assumptions about a family’s circumstances.
- Schedule qualified admissions appointments, confirm attendance and follow up with families who haven’t connected or need to reschedule.
- Maintain accurate contact records, conversation notes, next steps and appointment details in the CRM, including HubSpot.
- Use our scripts and qualification guidelines while sounding natural, warm and confident.




- Share recurring questions and objections with the team to improve the family experience. You will not be expected to close tuition sales, promise admission or make scholarship commitments. Who we're looking for
- Experience in appointment setting, admissions, inside sales or consultative sales support, ideally for high-value services.
- Excellent spoken and written communication. You can build trust with discerning parents without sounding scripted or pushy.
- Strong judgment. You listen closely, recognize relevant details and know when to ask a follow-up question or involve admissions.
- Consistent follow-through and comfort managing multiple conversations without losing track of the next step.
- Confidence using a CRM, phone, text messaging and online scheduling tools.
- A quiet, professional workspace, reliable internet and a headset. Experience in private education, youth athletics, enrollment or HubSpot is a plus. Schedule Monday–Friday, with two available shifts. All times are Eastern:
- Early shift: 8:45am–5:45pm
- Late shift: 11:15am–8:15pm These are separate, overlapping shifts. You would work one assigned shift, not the full combined coverage window. No weekends. Please include your shift preference with your application. Compensation and Support

- Additional bonuses for qualified appointments that attend, not simply appointments booked.
- Approximately $45,000 USD in target annual earnings; actual earnings depend on paid hours, lead volume and qualifying shows. This is not a guaranteed salary.
- Training on the academy, qualification process, scripts and systems before handling inquiries independently.
- Ongoing coaching and clear performance expectations around response time, conversation quality, qualified appointments and CRM accuracy.
