Overnight Donut Baker — Full Time Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Overnight Donut Baker to join our team at Zarky’s Fine Foods. Full time, 5 shifts per week. Overnight shift begins at 12:00 a.m. Regular days off are Monday and Tuesday. The ideal candidate enjoys baking, takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced overnight kitchen environment. Duties
- Prepare, proof, fry, and finish a variety of donuts according to established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate donuts using icing, glazes, sprinkles, fillings, and other toppings
- Ensure products are prepared consistently and ready for the store’s morning opening
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery and workstation throughout the shift
- Properly use and clean bakery equipment and tools
- Assist with general bakery and kitchen duties as required
- Monitor product quality and help ensure production requirements are completed on time Qualifications & Skills
- Previous baking, pastry, donut-making,



or food production experience is preferred
- Comfortable working overnight shifts beginning at 12:00 a.m.
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent five-day work schedule
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food-handling procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and product presentation
- Able to work efficiently and independently
- Comfortable using commercial kitchen and bakery equipment
- Decorating experience is an asset Position: Full Time Schedule: 5 shifts per week, beginning at 12:00 a.m. Regular Days Off: Monday and Tuesday

Job Type
Full time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
