Position Overview JKCE Probuild is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for commercial and mid-rise projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing site crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work is executed safely and according to schedule. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities on site
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site crews
- Maintain project schedules and site progress
- Conduct regular site meetings and safety briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor quality of work and construction practices
- Maintain daily site logs and construction reports




- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction site experience
- Experience working on commercial or mid-rise projects
- Robust leadership and trade coordination skills
- Knowledge of construction safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple trades and site logistics
- Valid driver’s license

Job Type
s: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
